Allende is a 2016 Fountaine Pajot Helia 44 Evolution, outfitted with top-of-the-line equipment and maintained to the highest standard. She sleeps six guests in three cabins. Each cabin has a queen-sized bed with crisp linens, en-suite bathroom, shower and an individual air-conditioning control.

Captain Graham and Chef Kristiann provision to your tastes and prepare a tantalizing menu for each group of guests. Espresso-based coffees, frozen drinks and craft cocktails are made-to-order. Kristiann loves to incorporate international flavors and create from-scratch dishes in the galley.
